The rotating Veleta target allows for placing 2 or 4 racket targets for a verity of small arms shooting drills and excercises.
To rotate the targets the shooter must exercise percision and speed, making the Veleta an excellent target for training while keeping a friendly and non ""tactical"" enviorment.
